We’re seeking physician students and scientists who are completing or have recently completed post-graduate medical training (Medical Degree or equivalent) specializing in HIV or Infectious Diseases. ViiV’s Scientific Leadership Program is designed to develop the next generation of physician scientific leaders, to help us further our impact on people living with HIV across the world.

Our 2-3 year Scientific Leadership Program is US-based and offers broad experience of HIV drug development, through immersive, rotational assignments in different areas of our organization. Each assignment provides you with intentional scientific and business growth and lays the foundations for your career with us in ViiV.
R&D assignments will be learning and working as a medical monitor on clinical studies, to help deliver the function's vision dedicated to delivering innovative HIV medicines, leaving no patients behind.
Medical assignments will be as a Medical Advisor in either Global Medical Affairs or North American Medical Affairs.
